One of our community members has a couple of children who suffer from eczema. She's tried everything she and the doctor could think of, but never got it completely under control. Until now.
What do you think the solution was/is? Apple cider vinegar, of course! She adds ACV to their bath water and follows up with a nice slather of coconut oil. The results? Super soft skin with no dyes or chemicals. Relatively cheap and effective. Problem solved.
Vinegar baths aren't just for people with eczema. Adding a cup or two of ACV to your bath water will ease itching from other conditions, including dry, itchy, winter skin. And remember, ACV foot baths give you baby soft feet.
Let's hear it for super ACV and coconut oil! One of my favorite combos.
