Win 2 copies of Vinegar Fridays!

Lulu.com or Amazon.com
TGIVF!!

How about a Vinegar Friday Giveaway? I have two copies of the book to send to one lucky winner. That's one book for you and another for a friend or family member.

Here's what reviewers are saying about Vinegar Fridays:

"Vinegar Fridays is a compilation of Green Grandma blog posts, organized into chapters of related items: cleaning in the kitchen, cleaning for other areas of the house, pest control, car care, kids, pets, health, beauty, and more. In the introduction, the author [that's me!] explains her tips are 'intended to change the way you traditionally do things -- and get you out of the habit of using chemicals and toxins in your everyday life.' There is literally something for everyone in this book."

"The book, Vinegar Fridays, is such an easy read, many thanks to Hana's personality jumping off the pages. Let me tell you, this book is not your Grandma's book about vinegar. Ummm, well, actually it is, but this Grandma's book is way better!"
-- Toni Keltner, Toni The Chic Momma

"If your new year's resolution is to clean up your act, whether it is to be more eco friendly, healthier, happier, more energetic or to lose weight, then Vinegar Fridays should definitely be on your read list. The green grandma takes you through every room in the house, even giving your beauty supply an overhaul in an often funny, easy to read style. Although I thought of Vinegar Fridays as more of a reference book, I promise those 'dedicated' will find it hard to put down."
-- Jodee Reid, Multi Healing Balm

"I have been a big fan of vinegar for a LONG time, using it for both cleaning, and in the kitchen, but The Green Grandma website got me to expand my vinegar usage even more! I purchase distilled white vinegar by the gallons! It wasn't until the blog started Vinegar Fridays (which is what this book has been created from) that I realized the MANY uses for apple cider vinegar (ACV). I reach for the ACV at least once a day now, for daily consumption, as well as cough medicine for my kids, treatment for acid reflux, etc. Purchasing this book has made life even easier as I can quickly refer to the pages on the topic I am interested in, and mix up some inexpensive, extremely effective solutions!"
-- Danielle Gregory (on Amazon.com)

"As a novice of no-chemical living, I'm learning, slowly but surely. Hana's way of presenting her material is engaging, fun, and actually exciting. I immediately bought a nice spray bottle to concoct my cleaning spray, and I've started using vinegar in the rinse cycle of my washer, with awesome results. The most amazing thing is that there isn't a vinegar smell as I would have thought. And so much cheaper!

I'm excited about changing our habits and cleaning up our act (so to speak)! I'd recommend this book to anyone considering cutting down on the chemicals in his or her life. Easy and fun to read, and a breath of fresh air (literally!)."

    1. Even if you decide not to go the no pooing route, Lisa, you will still love using ACV as your hair rinse. It makes your hair super shiny and healthy looking.

My son pees the bed so I use it in the wash with some baking soda on his sheets, it really cuts out the smell. I also use it in the dishwasher as a rinse agent.
