Join Hyland's Holiday Challenge

If you're like me, you tend to set unrealistic goals for yourself. Especially around this time of year, with New Year's resolutions just around the corner. Maybe, if we pared down our goals and challenged ourselves to something a bit more attainable, we'd be better off all the way around.

Broad goals like "Eating healthier" or "Exercising more" do little to motivate real change. However, deciding to switch from conventional apples or milk to organic apples or organic milk (forget what Dr. Oz has to say about this!), is something concrete you can do. Or setting a time to go walking for 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week -- it's not overwhelming and it will motivate you to live a healthier lifestyle gradually. When our goals overwhelm us, they simply whither and die.

Hyland's is hosting a Holiday Challenge to help you reach goals that will make you feel good about yourself. Wellness involves all different aspects of our lives. And let's face it, when you're feeling good emotionally and mentally, your body is more resistant to all the nasty cold germs floating around.

But, most of us do tend to get sick now and then, which is why joining the Hyland's Holiday Wellness Challenge is even more wonderful. Why? Because throughout the month, Hyland's will be offering special discount coupons and saving opportunities on many products, including cough & cold homeopathic formulas that really work! These will only be available to the Holiday Challenge participants. Joining makes this a win-win situation, folks.

Challenge yourself to meet a goal and share it with the Hyland's Holiday Challenge community. Inspiring and encouraging each other makes change so much easier. Don't you think? And when we set out to change for the better, there's no stopping us. Reach you goals in December and head into the New Year with the positive energy to make amazing things happen!

So why not join Hyland’s Holiday Wellness Challenge? What do you have to lose... except maybe a few pounds and inches?
