I stopped at Happy Baby Company awhile ago to drop off some of my Vinegar Fridays books. While I was there, Adam introduced me to a new-to-me product, Lulu's in the Fluff, and asked me if I'd like to review it. Of course, I would. Even though it is a cloth diaper detergent, it is also perfect for the rest of your laundry needs, as I found out. I gave half of the bag to my daughter, Bethany, to try out on her son's cloth diapers, and I kept the other half to try out on my own laundry. Using just one tablespoon per load, I was happy to find makeup and other stains gone when I took the laundry out of the washing machine. On my end, things were looking good. My mom gave me a bag of Lulu’s in the Fluff Glamour Wash to review. I was a little skeptical because I didn’t have any issues with my cloth diaper laundry detergent. If any of you wash cloth diapers, you know how your detergent and wash routine is sacred. It takes a while to figure out what works best for your diapers and the type of machine you have. Why mess with a good thing, right? Ugh, did I really want to mess with 19 months of diaper-washing perfection?

So far, it has exceeded my expectations on cleaning my diapers. The only thing I have to get used to is not having a choice of yummy scents from my old detergent. But since they didn’t leave the diapers smelling of the yummy flavors, it was just for my laundry room enjoyment, I’m sure I will get over it soon!
