Like I said in my facebook comment, prayer ...Hana,<br /><br />Like I said in my facebook comment, prayer is the cure for worry.<br /><br />The reason I like praying the rosary so much is that it uses the imagination to meditate on events in the Gospels. (Most of the words of the prayers are taken right out of scripture.) The repetition is calming. It can be prayed anywhere. (Yesterday it was helpful as I had to endure 2 1/2 hours of gum graft surgery!) When I wake in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep, praying the rosary slowing in my mind will almost always do the trick. <br /><br />Most importantly, prayer it is not a futile exercise like worry, but will actually change/impact what you are worrying about.
